Is there delivery outside the country?
Currently, the shipping companies we work with only deliver to the country and some cities specified on the shipping page.
You can request delivery outside the country from the store team via WhatsApp by providing them with information about the weight of the product and prices of international shipping companies that are not currently registered with the store.
In case of a manufacturing defect in the product?
You must read the return policy to know the terms of return and exchange. In case of a defect in the product, an agreement has been made to return it and the shipping costs will be calculated for the company and the shipment will be returned to the customer. As for the value of the product, it is not calculated for the customer according to the return policy.
